These Terms & Conditions of Sale apply to purchases made from FondsDBL Shop at https://fondsdbl.com.

2. Products

We sell stationery, office supplies and study supplies.

Product characteristics, prices and available variants are displayed on the relevant product page. Please review the information before placing an order.

3. Prices

Prices are displayed in EUR unless otherwise stated.

The total price payable, including any applicable delivery charge, is shown before the order is submitted.

Standard shipping to our currently listed destinations is free.

4. Order Process

You place an order by selecting a product, providing the required information, choosing an available payment method and submitting the order through checkout.

An order-confirmation email acknowledges that we received your order. A binding sales contract is formed when we accept the order, normally by sending confirmation or dispatching the product.

We may refuse or cancel an order where:

The product is unavailable;
Payment authorization fails;
Information is materially inaccurate;
There is a clear pricing or technical error;
Fraud or unlawful activity is reasonably suspected;
Delivery to the address is not supported.

If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.

5. Payment

Depending on location, device and checkout eligibility, payment methods may include:

Mastercard;
PayPal;
Shop Pay;
Visa.

The payment methods currently available for an order are displayed during checkout.

Payment is due when the order is submitted unless checkout clearly states otherwise.

6. Processing and Delivery

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Dutch public holidays. The cut-off time is 14:00 Netherlands time.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the statutory right to withdraw from an eligible distance contract within 14 calendar days after receiving the product, without giving a reason.

Our commercial policy extends the return-request period to 30 calendar days after receipt.

To initiate a return, use the online withdrawal function or contact support@fondsdbl.com. Do not dispatch a return until you receive the correct instructions and return authorization.

Stichting FondsDBL covers the shipping cost of authorized returns.

8. Legal Guarantee

Products must conform to the contract and function as a customer may reasonably expect.

Mandatory legal guarantee rights apply in addition to our commercial return policy. Depending on the circumstances, available remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.

9. Complaints

Send complaints to support@fondsdbl.com with your order number and a clear description.

Customer service is available Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 Netherlands time, excluding Dutch public holidays.

We will acknowledge and review complaints within a reasonable period.

10. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, but this does not remove mandatory rights relating to delivery, cancellation or refund.

We will take reasonable steps to minimize the effect of the event and communicate material delays.
